By ticking the box below I confirm that:

1. I am the parent or legal guardian of the child or children I am registering, and I am allowed to give this consent for them.
2. I agree that the school may collect and keep the information on this form — my name, email address, phone number and home address, an emergency contact, and each child's name, date of birth and chosen programs — in order to enrol my children, contact me about the programs, and manage the monthly fees.
3. I understand the school asks only for what it needs to enrol a child. It does not ask for health, medical or special-education details on this form; if any of that is needed later, the school will ask me separately.
4. I understand my information is stored using Google Firebase (United States) and is shown only to authorised school staff. It is never shown to other families.
5. I understand that fees are paid through Stripe, and that Stripe handles the card or bank details directly — Ar-Raheem Academy never sees or stores them. Ar-Raheem Academy is the seller for these payments and is responsible for any refund, under the refund and withdrawal policy the school publishes.
6. I understand how long the school keeps this information: if I start a registration and it is never completed, it is deleted after 90 days; if my family is enrolled, the school keeps our family record so we can re-register in later years without typing everything again, and reviews and deletes it after 3 years with no registration.
7. I understand I can ask the school at any time to correct or delete our information, or to tell me what it holds, by contacting the school office. Withdrawing consent may mean the school can no longer provide a place, and it does not affect records the school must keep by law.
